Mr. Wank earned his college degree focusing on business while living in the states of Michigan and currently holds a Real Estate and P&C License in Michigan. Mr. Wank has been self employed for over 30 years as a Consultant and Advisor in starting various financially based companies. In 1986, he started Preferred Benefit Plans, Inc., with a concentration on Health, Life, Mortgage Insurance and in the Impaired Risk markets. After selling this highly successfully Employee Benefits Company his focus has shifted to the Internet market. His favorite motto is, "Success is never certain but failure is never final." He is known for his high morals and placing his customers first.

Shirley A. Wank has been in the insurance industry for the past twenty years. Her experience has been anywhere from selling life insurance to developing new products for the agency. Since 2004, Shirley has been working in the customer service side of the business, handling claims and processing applications, along with customer service issues and renewals. She is also leading the agency's entrance into the Hispanic marketplace, as she speaks Spanish. She is very well-known for her friendly, quality, efficient customer service.
